the effects of tanning: good and bad

For my paper, I'd like to give only information on tanning, not argue anything. My plan is to explain it like no one knows what tanning is, with a lot of details. (This will be my introduction.) Then I want to explain the good effects of tanning and the downsides/health effects of it as the body of the paper. Even though I have an opinion that tanning is not worth it, I don't want my opinion to show through my paper. I don't want it to be biased. I'd like to include a lot of statistics and interesting facts about tanning that most people do not know. I know how I am going to start my paper and what the main focus will be, but the hard part is staying on track and not jumping all over the place. I don't know how I am going to wrap up my paper either, I will probably come back to my introduction and say something that has to do with the beginning. As of now, I know my main focus for my paper and I hope it turns out well.
